Resolving Alleged Permit Violations
CRS was hired by a master-planned community in Northern California that owns and operates a wastewater treatment and recycled water production facility. Recycled water from the treatment plant is used throughout the community for residential and golf course irrigation.
Our client was facing permit compliance problems associated with unintentional and incidental runoff of recycled water into on-site creeks, and was the subject of a citizen suit for alleged violations of its permit.
CRS worked with the Regional Board to resolve the permit compliance and enforcement issues.
