Marine Wharf Upgrades
CRS was engaged by a Bay Area refinery to assist in obtaining necessary permits from the Regional Water Board and San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission related to the refinery’s marine wharf upgrades under the California Marine Oil Terminal Engineering and Maintenance Standards (“MOTEMS”).
We worked with a team of refinery personnel, outside technical and engineering consultants in addressing Regional Board stormwater and wetlands mitigation requirements for the project. We also worked with BCDC management to position the refinery project application for Commission approval.
The client was issued the necessary permits and the project is moving forward.
