CRS was hired by a large, nationally-known company that owns and operates a “Class I” hazardous waste landfill in California to provide strategic counseling and advice in connection with the client’s planned landfill expansion.
We worked with the client in developing and implementing a strategy for obtaining critical approvals and permits from the Regional Water Board.
The permits were obtained and the client has moved forward with the landfill expansion.
